From Produce to Pot

During an epic mountain bike ride in 2020 between co-founder John Hinman and co-founder Eric Healy – CEO of a fruit dehydration company pioneering new technology – the idea of GentleDry™ Technologies was born.

The two pondered, what if this technology worked with cannabis? Faster drying could have a major benefit for cannabis growers while bringing more jobs to their small mountain town of Bend, Oregon. They then asked themselves, what if we brought the drying technology and expertise to the grower by making our system mobile inside a truck? The seed was planted to create a high quality, faster drying service.

GentleDry Technologies has been working with a team of engineers, scientists, consultants and overall local go-getters to perfect on-site cannabis drying.

With an understanding of the challenges farmers face yearly, GentleDry’s new-age technology is helping farmers get product to market in less time, with less product loss, while delivering a superior cannabis product.
